Most people don’t have a discipline problem…
They have a body that doesn’t feel safe holding change.
So they try harder…
start over…
push through…
and end up right back in the same pattern.
Not because they’re lazy.
Not because they don’t know what to do.
Because the pattern isn’t in the plan…
it’s in the body.
This is the work I do.
Not surface-level fixes.
Not another plan to follow.
We change the pattern where it’s actually happening…
so the behavior can finally follow.
