Japanese green teas are the bees knees of green tea. 🌿🐝💚These are shade grown, steamed to perfection and bursting with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, health benefits and flavor. 🍃They can be resteeped many times (I usually do 3x) so the bit extra that they cost ends up steeping out after the 2nd or 3rd steep that’s still incredible ;)💚Which one is for you? Notes: Gyokuro Karigane Jade Dew- made from the midrib of the same leaf from which matcha is made. Loads of L Theanine for calm, focused energy. Tastes like green sunshine in a cup with its brightness. 🌿Gyokuro Emerald Mist organic- the entire leaf that would have been ground into high grade Matcha but was left to be a whole leaf tea instead. Dense with LTheanine, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Taste profile is a bit deeper and richer umami and verdant. 🍃Sencha Fukamushi Special Reserve- triple steamed to create an amazingly brothy, umami, satisfying cup. This one is my go-to for a mid day snack craving skipping pick me up. We made it! We are here! Sao Miguel, Azores island where the oldest tea plantation in Europe is still thriving.

We are touring and working with them to bring you back some extremely clean (this island is pristine!) tea grown in an ideal environment so the quality is top notch while the cost is extremely reasonable.

They are so far from industrial pollution (clean soil and air for the plants),

And don’t have any predators of the tea plant here (so no need for any use of pesticides of any kind)

And this volcanic soil is rich offering deep nourishment for the plants (which offers deep nourishment for you!).

We thought it may be too good to be true but we came, we saw, we believed, we bought.

I was even more excited to see wilding friends growing alongside the plants (even more proof of no herbicides).
American pokeweed, chickweed, blue vervain, and several others are enjoying island life over here.

There is a fake account using my images, information and name. Its name is highgarden (no space) and there is an image of me picking fruit from a small tree in the forest. They are sharing misinformation and even being mean to some people. Please report them if you have a run in with it. So frustrating and I wish there was more Facebook would let me do about it.
Oh! They have also bought 50k followers so it looks legit.
