I was just telling my husband that I miss Blue Ridge, we use to go every year, but the last couple of years have gotten so busy.

As I was thinking about it, I was thinking about how busy we have become. How crazy our schedules are, how sad I was that we haven’t been back in a while.

Then I remembered this quote for .

I started remembering WHY I love it so much there.

It’s deep breaths and hot coffee, it’s the sound of nature and the infinite view. It feels so peaceful and relaxing. I feel so abundant there. We are all more connected as a family there. It feels familiar like “our place” and I feel so much Joy.

The switch in feeling from busy, and sad to deep breaths and connection, is where I get to attract from! I just had to remember! 💗

Trust that you are not just making it up.
Trust that you are not crazy.
Trust that you can feel your intuition and still be safe.

Even if you have to reprogram a voice from childhood that wasn’t heard. Or a voice that was abandoned at some point along your journey. Begin to choose to believe self.

We get to reprogram our nervous system experience. Think about what hasn’t been working for you, and begin to reprogram the things that you can.

It’s been a minute since I shared anything about essential oils, but this came across a FB memory from 6 yrs ago!

It reminded me how much I use to love coming up with new blends! Anyway, I put this in my diffuser this morning and it smells sooooo good!

Happy Summer Solstice ☀️ I’m setting the intention to welcome in the high dose of light today! It’s the longest day of the year and a beautiful day to remember the ancestors that danced before us!

This time of year is radiant with remembrance. It’s not about doing more, it’s about softening into the knowing that you are already held, already connected, already whole. Summer. Ahhhhhhhh. ☀️
