Sarah completed Somatic Experiencing Advanced 2 in early February! Sarah loves working somatically with clients and is so excited to have completed all levels of the Somatic Experiencing training program.

Want to bring your body and nervous system to the therapy party? We can work purely using SE or integrate it with other approaches, but incorporating what the nervous systems experiences can be a huge part of deeper healing from trauma, relational issues, anxiety, etc.
