2019 BIO UPDATE for Our New Loyals!!! I'm Stephy, AKA Bonnie, a mom of 5, a bonus mom to 1 (ages 11 and under) with another bundle of joy on the way, but I'm not JUST a mom. I won't list for you all of my current titles I incorporate on a daily basis as a stay at home mom (SAHM). However, I am the owner and creator of B&C Country Creations (formerly Stephy's MJ Creations) that started out as a little hobby in 2015.
Besides the crafting aspect for AND with my mini humans I was looking for something to create for myself. I began researching homemade sugar scrubs and the benefits of all different types of ingredients in them. I considered myself somewhat knowledgable about the health benefits I researched in the beginning of this journey due to being in the health field for over 16 years. Oh! And did I mention my science degree?!
This Creation Station journey went from making myself (and oldest daughter) body scrubs to gifting them to friends and family during the following year. I was also that nursing overly-concerned (in some people's eyes) mother who steered away from normal day-to-day beauty products/makeup/nail polish as much as possible in fear of toxins getting to my unborn/nursling. So making these products myself and then getting to use them put my mind at ease!
NOW is that moment of my bio that I give a big shout-out to my biggest supporters - my hubby, “Clyde”, my kids, Mom and dear friends who motivated me to begin sharing and selling my sugar scrubs. I started this not only for myself and to help support my family, but to share these products with others who have similar views towards the big box companies product ingredients. And since I have all of my little people behind me showing me love everyday - I use the terms "We" & "Us" in many posts and e-mails because without their support during this journey there wouldn't even be an "I" to speak of.
January 2017 I hosted a VIP Launch Party for the Scrub Sweet Scrub body scrub collection targeted towards Valentine's Day and glammed out with Mimosa's (that I couldn't sip because I was pregnant [again]) and Chocolate Covered Strawberries. Samples were available, opinion cards were filled out, a raffle was drawn for the signature sugar scrub and orders were placed. I would say... success!!!!
I grew very nervous the night after the party about creation time, but I impressed myself; I cranked out 9 orders that entailed 17 products in a weeks time and realized YES I can make this happen! These VIP Guests came back for more - the light bulb turned on and that's where the term "Loyals" came in to play when B&C Country Creations mentions their Loyal Clients.
Less than 2 months after The VIP Launch 131 products were created in 8 days for the former Stephy's MJ Creations very first Pop-Up Shoppe. We had samples and products available for purchase at this event. Some of our original Loyals came to see us, New Loyals joined our journey, we networked with other local businesses and just thoroughly enjoyed our day meeting new amazing faces of the Berkshires!
Over the past 2 years I have managed to keep the lightbulb bright throughout my busy SAHM days. Scrub Sweet Scrub added two deep & extreme exfoliating body/feet scrubs AND expanded into 13 more Product Lines:

NOW, here I am, feeling like a pro at what I do, knowledgable, always eager to learn about new ingredients and still Mother-Hustlin' all of the Goods -- The amazing homemade all-natural, organic and paraben-free products that I LOVE creating to share with all of you Loyals!
My newest edition, "ScrubbSweetScrubb" Etsy Shop is my next adventure. So please be patient with me as I add new products day by day and work out all of the kinks of being an online shop owner. I hope you all decide to continue on this journey with B&C Country Creations. We are constantly creating new products, handcrafting made-to-order body, spa, household products, crafts and party favors and hosting more Pop-Up Shoppes at flea markets and craft fairs.
We have relocated to the home of Berkshire County Newtiques showroom. This is also the home of Bonnie & Clyde’s Barn Market and Bonnie & Clyde’s Wedding Barn in which we will be incorporated into both venues.
