I'm sure some of you are just like me. You think fitness is all about hiding your imperfections. Covering up anything people might stare at (scars, stretch marks, loose skin, a gut).
Fitness is more about building the confidence around what you have while you strive for better, focusin only on what you can control and do TODAY.

The best way to stay in shape is to never think you have it figured out. So many people will mislead you intentionally and unintentionally. Also, what we know about how the body works is always changing. Never assume you or someone you follow has the secret figured out.

This is why I never assume I know what my clients need. I research each time for them specifically and their needs. I realize my needs may not be your needs and your needs are not the same as your neighbor.

This is the first time my weightloss is truly coming easy. I gave up on calorie counting, super intense workouts or hyperfixating on the scale. I am just focusing on moving when I can and eating real food as often as I can.

Once I stopped focusing on the things I know I would quit on once to much time had past or I reached my goal, I really started shedding weight.

This new method I am working with is something I know can help someone else reach their goals like it's helping me.

To make a fitness a habit you have to make it easy. Try your best to eliminate as many obstacles as possible.
Let's face it we're all creatures of habit. And those habits are born out of what is easiest and most convenient for us.
Working out at home eliminates the obstacle of going to the gym, just like not buying unhealthy snacks creates a barrier of having to go get or order something.
My programs are all about adding or eliminating those barriers and making fitness easy.

You like to be social? Try a exercise class or join a community league for ax throwing or pickleball.
Regular strength training and cardio is good but if you have no fun incorporated into your plan you are making it harder for yourself.
