We can talk about sprays, chemicals, and what’s in our environment—and those things matter.
But what the science shows most clearly is this:
poor nutrition does more harm, more consistently, than low-level toxin exposure.

But..here’s the good news..
A nourished body is more resilient.
Strong digestion, adequate protein,
and real food help your body adapt
to what it can’t avoid.

I remember someone saying, “I blame the Long Island water for the high cancer rate. I wish I can test all the water we drink”

I’m no toxin expert, but I do know that building a resilient, well-nourished body matters more than fearing everything I can’t control.
I’m focusing my energy on that.✅

What are your thoughts? I’d love to know…

Thank you For sharing this powerful message Psalm 27 such a beautiful passage about the light of God.

Soup can be a huge win during a season where heavy, fried, and sugary foods are everywhere.

Here’s why👇

Glycation (a natural, slow chemical process where sugar molecules (like glucose) spontaneously attach to proteins and lipids (fats) in the body) forming these harmful compounds,

📌Advanced Glycation End Products).

These compounds form when foods—especially proteins and fats—are cooked at high temperatures like grilling, frying, or broiling.

The issue? A high-AGE diet is linked in research to increased oxidative stress and impaired cardiovascular and endothelial health over time. In other words, too many charred, crispy, browned foods can work against your heart and your body’s ability to keep blood vessels healthy and flexible.❤️❤️‍🩹🏥

Processed foods drag you down.
Whole foods lift you up.💜

According to one source analyzing typical American dietary patterns: only about 11% of calories come from whole grains, beans, fruits, vegetables, and nuts. The rest comes from processed plant foods or animal products.
