Complete Care at Orange Park’s Respiratory Manager, LeRussell Dodson, makes a meaningful difference each day through his commitment to guiding patients from ventilator support to renewed independence. His care has helped patients overcome incredible challenges, including both respiratory issues and addiction, ultimately walking out of the facility vent-free. Through constant encouragement, communication, and attention to every detail, he creates a supportive environment for both patients and their families, and we are truly grateful for the impact he makes.
