CareWell Health Medical Center is thrilled to invite you to our exciting Hospital block party on Saturday, October 11 from 12 PM to 4 PM! In case of rain, will you set a rain date for Saturday, October 18.

The party will be hosted right here at the hospital, located at 300 Central Ave., East Orange, NJ.

We have a fantastic lineup of activities planned for you and your family. Kids can look forward to pumpkin carving, face painting, and a bouncy house, while everyone can enjoy the tunes from our live DJ and captivating performances!

Additionally, we will be offering medical screenings and wellness discussions to keep you informed and healthy.

We will also be accepting resumes for open positions posted on our website, so if you or someone you know was looking for a new career opportunity, be sure to bring a resume.

As we bid farewell to our extraordinary leader, Paige Dworak, FACHE, we celebrate her 8 years of unwavering dedication, visionary leadership, and tireless service to the communities we serve. Paige’s impact on CareWell Health Medical Center is immeasurable, and we wish her all the very best in her next chapter.

With great excitement, we also announce the appointment of Clay McClain as Interim CEO of CareWell Health. Clay has been a key member of our leadership team for the past four years, bringing unmatched operational expertise, deep institutional knowledge, and a steadfast commitment to our mission.

We are pleased to announce the well-deserved promotion of Rennuel Razal, to Senior Director of Clinical Transformation at CareWell Health!

During Rennuel’s 8 years at CareWell Health, he has progressively taken more responsibilities in supporting the leadership teams. He has assisted leadership by updating practices and policies through evidence-based practice, developing education programs, revamping the clinical orientation, and integrating technology through multiple EMR implementations and training. In the most recent year, Rennuel has led the organization through 10+ Department of Health surveys and Tri-Annual TJC survey successfully!

As a nurse for 15+ years, Rennuel has combined his interests in technology with his skills and leadership in nursing to deliver quality and excellence to CareWell Health. Working bedside as a critical care nurse in both acute community and level 2 trauma facilities has allowed him to develop his nursing and leadership skills before coming to CareWell Health as a Director of Nursing.

As an alumnus of Seton Hall University, Rennuel has exemplified their servant leadership model throughout his career with CareWell Health by consistently supporting all departments to the best of his ability without question. He has also taken on projects outside his role to drive quality in our organization.
