Carol “CT” Thompson is officially retired. Again!

CT has been a welcoming and friendly face at Insight for the past 5 years and has been a presence in Columbiana Coubty for decades. Her patience and warmth are unparalleled and she has positively impacted the landscape of the mental health field.

From launching the East Palestine office in 2022 to leading a team of 130 across Ohio, her mission is rooted in providing accessible, stigma-free mental health care.

Insight Clinical Counseling and Wellness provides individual counseling, couples counseling, group counseling, case management and wellness services.

It’s not just today, but everyday that we appreciate our administrative team to be the backbone at Insight! With compassionate hearts they make up our billing, reception, intake, credentialing and leadership team and we do not flourish without them.
