Ravenswood Family Health Network Non-profit community health center committed to providing high-quality healthcare in San Mateo County and Santa Clara County.

At Ravenswood Family Health Center we face these issues head on by integrating primary medical care programs that include family medicine, pediatric and adolescent care, women's health, behavioral health counseling, prevention and health education, and full scope of dental services. Ravenswood serves an at-risk community of all ages, regardless of ability to pay. With a commitment to quality, accessible healthcare for all, we deliver comprehensive primary care with compassion and dignity. As a nationally recognized health care model, we're helping pilot the transformation of preventative and transitional care in the U.S. to keep people out of emergency rooms and reduce readmissions to hospitals for chronic disease
