Hopefully there weren't too many mistakes last week.
But if there were today is the start of a new week, new opportunities and many blessings.

Eating better, drinking enough water and exercising are a few.
One of the best places to get fresh, colorful and organic fruits and veggies is at the local farmers markets. They are all over the Bay Area.

Little things, but make a BIG difference.
Sometimes you have to have pep talks with yourself.
They work.
Our mind and body are connected so if your mind is bummed out, depressed, feeling as if you are not worthy or you don't have enough, then that is what you are going to believe and your body is going to respond. You will have stomach aches, headaches, lack sleep, etc.

It can be hard to make changes in our lives, to be consistent, to practice self care and to not feel overwhelmed doing our best to be and stay healthy, as we age.
It takes us many years to develop bad habits so remember to show yourself grace when you make changes in your life that are healthier. Step by step. Little by little.
The most important things in life are not things.
