There are different holistic modalities out there that can help assist you in balancing your inner world (which usually reflects your outer world; illnesses, rashes, weight management,etc).
Tuning fork therapy, Reiki, sound bowls and other instruments, yoga, meditation and so much more can help to break up anything dense you didn’t know you were hanging on to, to allow more freedom and flow. 🌬️
It’s ok to not understand it, but if you feel yourself being curious, be bold enough to try it! It may surprise you. I know to some it may seem different or out there, but the truth is, it’s the closest thing to “normal” or homeostasis. The true practitioners want this for you and everyone in the Universe. ☸️Chakras are seven main energy centers located along the spine, originating from traditional South Asian medicine and spiritual practices. Derived from the Sanskrit word for "wheel," they represent spinning vortexes of life force energy that affect physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Balanced chakras promote harmony, while blockages are thought to cause physical or emotional ailments.
The 7 Main Chakras
According to yogic tradition, these centers align from the base of the spine to the crown of the head:
