There are different holistic modalities out there that can help assist you in balancing your inner world (which usually reflects your outer world; illnesses, rashes, weight management,etc).

Tuning fork therapy, Reiki, sound bowls and other instruments, yoga, meditation and so much more can help to break up anything dense you didn’t know you were hanging on to, to allow more freedom and flow. 🌬️

It’s ok to not understand it, but if you feel yourself being curious, be bold enough to try it! It may surprise you. I know to some it may seem different or out there, but the truth is, it’s the closest thing to “normal” or homeostasis. The true practitioners want this for you and everyone in the Universe. Homeostasis - to feel at home within yourself. 🙏🏻💫 it’s important to find the right practitioner for you too, you will know. ☺️

Below is some information on Chakras.

If you want to tip toe in, just start by reading this and repeating those words as you are in the different sections of your body and just send your body love in those areas when you get to them. It sounds silly, but you are all you have, we should be loving your vessel. You are in charge of your human! Be good to your human 😋

🌈Side note: Colors also hold “weight”, they resonate at different frequencies as well, and can be therapeutic. Have you ever felt yourself pulled to different colors at different times?? You may already know that’s what you need. 😉

☸️Chakras are seven main energy centers located along the spine, originating from traditional South Asian medicine and spiritual practices. Derived from the Sanskrit word for "wheel," they represent spinning vortexes of life force energy that affect physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Balanced chakras promote harmony, while blockages are thought to cause physical or emotional ailments.

The 7 Main Chakras

According to yogic tradition, these centers align from the base of the spine to the crown of the head:

❤️Root Chakra (Muladhara): Located at the base of the spine. Represents safety, security, and grounding.

🧡Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana): Located below the navel. Governs pleasure, creativity, and emotional health.

💛Navel/Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura): Located in the stomach area. Associated with personal power, confidence, and energy.

💚🩷Heart Chakra (Anahata): Located in the center of the chest. Governs love, compassion, and connection.

🩵Throat Chakra (Vishuddha): Located in the throat. Represents communication, expression, and truth.

💙Third Eye Chakra (Ajna): Located between the eyebrows. Governs intuition, imagination, and wisdom.

💜🤍Crown Chakra (Sahasrara): Located at the top of the head. Associated with spiritual connection, enlightenment, and unity.

How Chakras Work and "Balancing"
💫Energy Flow: Chakras are believed to be constantly rotating wheels of energy that process and channel "prana" (life force).

🚫Blockages: If energy stagnates or a chakra is blocked, it can lead to physical illness or emotional imbalance.
