Did you know that Christy has specialized knowledge in hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS)?
Not only hEDS, but also Postural Tachycardia Syndrome
(POTS), Dysautonomia, Fibromyalgia, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), Nervous System Dysregulation, and other comorbidities.
As someone who lives with hEDS herself, Christy has clinical understanding and firsthand insight into the challenges of chronic pain, joint instability, and fatigue. Her approach is gentle, informed, and highly individualized, with a strong emphasis on safety, communication, and nervous system support. Christy is deeply committed to creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, respected, and truly cared for- because she knows on a very personal level just how much that matters.

Although Christy is not accepting new clients at this time, she welcomes all fellow “zebras” to join her wait-list.

The office had a festive little makeover today, including these silly nutcrackers. A few modifications later and they now slightly resemble Lisanda and I. Backpacking for her, skiing for me.
We are ready for the holidays!

And a huge shoutout to Ciera for linking up all of our speakers, for continuous play throughout the office!
