Soooo! I just had a physical and I was disappointed in myself. My Hgb A1C was up to 5.8, not terrible but heading in the wrong direction. My cholesterol was way up. It was an indication of how far off track my diet and exercise had gotten. So tonight I am having home made black bean burgers, tortilla chips made from chick peas, and tabouli. Life style adjustment n full effect.
