🌱 What We’re Growing 🌱
We’re excited about what’s going into the ground this year. Our grow plan includes a wide mix of fresh, seasonal vegetables that will be available at market throughout the season.
Greens & Leafy Vegetables
Arugula, collards, kale, Swiss chard, spinach, tat soi, pac choy, mixed greens, and several varieties of lettuce
Root Vegetables & Onions
Carrots, beets, golden beets, potatoes, leeks, and Valencia onions
Broccoli Family Vegetables
Cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower
Fruiting & Warm-Weather Crops
Bell peppers, jalapeños, lunchbox peppers, eggplant, okra, cucumbers, squash, and zucchini
Also Growing:
A variety of beans and other seasonal crops as the season progresses.
