I didn’t know how much my heart needed stillness until I finally surrendered to it.
When I traded the noise for breath…
when I let silence speak louder than fear…
when I chose peace on purpose…
my life began to blossom.
Meditation became my garden.
Stillness became my soil.
And every day, my spirit opens a little more to the Divine within.
May we all remember:
Growth doesn’t always look loud.
Sometimes, it looks like a flower slowly opening… inward first. 🤍
A couple years ago, my New Year’s prayer was for the Almighty to WOW me… and oh my… let’s just say there is power in your prayers!

A MESSAGE FROM on behalf of our 🇯🇲 family
~ My heart is full of gratitude and hope... Everyday the people in Jamaica are being faced with survival challenges... And everyday we are witnessing the love that the Global Family has for our likkle Island... Slowly gifts are channeling in from everywhere... I remember clearly when and contacted me to offer support... My mind wasn’t clear as to exactly what was needed or even what I needed...
The country was in ruins, contact was limited, no electricity, no water, no internet not even phone service... We were plunged into momentary isolation and survival instincts began to take over... When you lose those basic human needs, it takes a toll on the psyche... I didn’t even know I needed help, when my Beloved Queen Yenn started the ball rolling... We made a small list of solar products and she distributed it to the Oyun Family...
Slowly the gifts are arriving, this small radio arrived on Friday and it has changed my life...The grid is unstable, the wifi signal is ‘in and out’, so being able to hear news and music has created a new normal... I can hear the needs of the people and have a better idea of how to best serve my community... Blessing multiply daily... I want to thank my family and friends for all of your prayers...

Yennenga Adanya, founder of Oyun Minitries, master educator, author, spiritualist, and speaker, has developed a well-rounded approach to her practice as a personal and professional development coach. Over the span of her 12+ years of experience as an educational specialist, she has successfully helped children and adults realize and reach their educational goals, and has trained numerous educators nationally and internationally. Inspired by her success with her students and professional development clients, she authored the highly acclaimed book, Rear Them Well: Practical Tools for Raising a Genius.
Noticing the popularity and impact of her trainings that focused on holistic wellness as an approach to effective pedagogy, something she had found highly effective in her practice as an educator, Yennenga began to teach students and teachers the strategies she had used to decrease stress, increase focus, and achieve her goals. In addition to her service as an educator and teacher trainer, she eventually found herself serving as a personal development coach teaching clients how to use meditation, affirmations, prayer, and other spiritual wellness tools to help them lead a balanced, joyous, and abundant life .
Yennenga currently offers education consultation for families of school aged children, and professional development for schools and educational organization. She also hosts regular guided meditation and spiritual wellness events and classes, and offers one-on-one coaching for individuals looking to heal and manifest their heart’s desires.
