Cerebral Palsy is a condition that results
from injury-typically a blood clot or bleeding-
to the brain at or after birth.
It causes developmental delays, coordination
impairments, balance disturbances, speech
delays, physical and fine motor, cognitive
delays, and feeding difficulties.
Although it is not progressive, it has life-long
implications.
It can causes bone deterioration and lead to
Osteoporosis. It can cause tendon shortening
requiring conservative or invasive treatment.
