At 42, I got pregnant with my third baby…
On purpose, on the first try, 15 years after my last.
But this story didn’t start in a bedroom.
It started two years earlier when I said: “enough.”
Enough of being tired.
Enough of feeling disconnected from my body.
Enough of the noise telling me what was “normal” for my age.
So I unraveled everything I thought I knew about health…
I rebuilt. With joy. With reverence. With radical trust. I rebuilt my body, my relationship, my life…
And life entered me.
Not because I hacked my hormones.
Not because I bought a $10k protocol.
But because I came back to life., in the deepest sense.
We are told that over 40 is a downhill slide.
That our eggs are expired. That we’re broken.
That is a LIE.
