Trying to encapsulate the creative process in a photo is tricky.
Trying to explain how essential our creativity is in an age of collapse and colonialism is, well, the work of my life.

But this pic is close… returning to our instruments, listening for the muse, asking again and again how we can transmute the suffering of the world into wisdom and beauty. Maybe having a companion along the way.
