Sleep is a key area of your life to focus on improving if you want to improve mental and physical health or reduce your risk of cancer and other serious chronic disease!!!

When your sleep is interrupted or you get six hours or less, even after one night, your immune system drops by 50%, your mood becomes more irritable, you have difficulty focusing, blood sugar spikes, so does your cortisol and stress response.

Whether your sleep is interrupted by a job, high stress load, stimulants like caffeine after noon, or you have littles at home learning how to sleep, it affects us the same.
