One of my favorite tips is too add sides to the foods you’re already eating. General rule of thumb: a balanced meal should incorporate at least 3 food groups. If you find you’re lacking in food groups: add sides! For example, a grilled cheese has 2 food groups (grains and dairy) BUT a grilled cheese with apple slices makes for a much more balanced, colorful, and filling meal. Whipped up this 2-ingredient salmon last night and it was 🔥. Quite literally, it had a kick to it 🥵 in the best way.😋So good and simple. See recipe below for details and ➡️➡️ to see how baby enjoyed her version.

Recipe: 1) Rinse salmon and pat dry. Remove skin and cut into cubes. 2. Toss in chili crunch sauce. 3. Air fry for 10-12mins until cooked through. Enjoy!
