At Linn Health & Rehabilitation, we offer skilled nursing care, various levels of post hospital care, on-site rehabilitation as well as short-and-long-term medical care in a private or semi-private room in a 73 bed extended care facility. Services at Linn Health & Rehabilitation are designed to identify and address core issues surrounding the social, physical and psychological needs of an individu

al, enhance and maximize individual functioning and independence, and provide flexible treatment options to cater to individual needs. Services include post-op rehab care, skilled nursing care, hospice services, short-and-long-term care, respite stays, on-site rehabilitation services including physical, occupational, and speech therapy, social service support, transport services and spiritual care.
