Join us for Core & Confidence, part of our Wellness Exercise Series, designed specifically for older adults who want to stay active, safe, and strong.

This functional fitness class focuses on improving:
✔ Core strength
✔ Posture
✔ Balance & stability

We practice real-life movements like:
🔹 Bending
🔹 Reaching
🔹 Turning
🔹 Safely getting up from chairs and transfers

All exercises are practical, gentle, and modifiable, so everyone can participate at their own comfort level.

We’re excited to connect with members of our community who may benefit from Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy—not only in East Providence, but throughout our surrounding towns!

In addition to traditional PT, OT, and ST services, our clinic also specializes in Parkinson’s therapy using the LSVT BIG & LSVT LOUD programs, as well as comprehensive lymphedema treatment to help manage swelling, improve mobility, and support overall function.

Our goal is to provide compassionate, individualized care that helps people stay active, independent, and living their best quality of life right here in our community.

Join us THIS THURSDAY, March 5th at 1 PM for our Flow & Restore exercise class at Aldersbridge Physical Therapy and Wellness Center (30 Alexander Ave, East Providence, RI).

This low-impact class focuses on:
✨ Gentle movement & light resistance
✨ Breathing techniques to support lymphatic flow
✨ Exercises that promote circulation, flexibility, and swelling management
