I have worked since 2009 as a personal trainer, with a variety of different Certifications. These include the National Federation of Personal Training (NFPT) Core Specialist, and CPR/AED. I work with a variety of clientele, most of which come to me because they need or want to lose body fat, or are athletes ready to take their speed, agility, and power to the next level. I have competed in tryouts for several AFL (Arena Football League) teams, including: Cleveland, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Arizona. In addition, I have attended the regional NFL scouting combine in 2012. I currently run a private studio located within the Strathallan. My goal is to teach and push my clients to reach their goals in a safe environment, while having them look forward to each session. Seeing improvement and getting results is one of the most important things.

I wanted to recognize one of my amazing clients, almost 2 year progress. He has continued to put in the time and effort in the kitchen, training facility and on his own.

Over the past 8 years, I have met and trained many amazing people. I am very grateful to be doing something I love everyday and couldn't imagine my life without.

Buffalo Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
- Barilla Protein+ pasta 205g
- Fat free cream cheese 113g
- Fat free shredded cheddar 56g
- Light ranch dressing 115g
- Hot sauce 115g
- 1 can of Chicken Breast

Instructions:

- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil and cook noodles for 7 minutes

- In a large bowl, heat cream cheese in the microwave for 45 seconds to soften and mix until smooth.

- Preheat oven to 425°

- Mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, light ranch dressing, hot sauce, chicken breast and cooked noodles together.

- Put mix into an 8x8 pan and cook in the oven for 10 minutes.

Servings: 4
Calories: 347
Protein: 29.5g
Carbs: 42.5g
Fat: 6.5g
Fiber: 1.25g

*Total calories of the recipe are 1388 and 118g of protein. Divide into what fits into your nutrition.
