Today we pause to honor the strength of those living with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
PTSD is not a weakness, it is a human response to overwhelming experiences and healing is possible.
β¨ Whether trauma came from military service, abuse, accidents, loss, or other life events. Every journey through PTSD is unique, and every step toward healing matters.
You are not alone.
Support is available. Healing can take many forms: talk therapy, movement, mindfulness, connection with animals, community, and more.
If today feels heavy, be gentle with yourself.
If you're supporting someone with PTSD, thank you for walking beside them.
Letβs break the stigma. Letβs raise awareness. Letβs keep talking about trauma, healing, and hope. π
