Seeking Nominations: A Special Night Out for Caregivers (Feb 21st)

Dear CCSRG Members,

We are reaching out to you today because we know how closely you work with the heartbeat of our community: the caregivers.

As part of our ongoing mission to support those caring for loved ones with Alzheimer’s or dementia, we are thrilled to offer tickets to the upcoming Cape Symphony Pops Concert – Ragtime, Blues & All that Jazz.

Caregiving is a journey of immense dedication, often leaving little time for self-care or joy. We want to change that for a few deserving individuals by providing an evening of world-class music and respite. Huge thank you to the Cape Symphony for this special program!

Location: Cape Symphony (Barnstable Performing Arts Center)

Who Can Attend?
We are looking for nominations of caregivers of patients with Alzheimer’s or dementia.

The grant covers the caregiver’s ticket. The patient is also welcome to accompany the caregiver if they are able and interested in attending.
