Can you recall the times when you felt most connected, clear, calm, and creative? Join Michelle for a journey back to a state of homeostasis—reconnecting with the wisdom that has always been within you. In this dynamic session, you’ll explore your embodied self, as well as the parts of you that may be keeping you stuck, preventing you from fully embracing your potential. Together, we’ll harmonize body, emotions, thoughts, and sense of self.
Living as your embodied self means perceiving and relating to the world through a sense of presence and awareness rooted in your body. It’s a way of being deeply connected to yourself—not as separate mind, body, or spirit, but as a harmonious whole.
This workshop is Intuitively prepared, with elements chosen to meet the unique needs of the group, creating space for insight, release, and connection.
Through somatic exercises, yoga, and energy work, you’ll reclaim that connection and come back home to yourself.
