The other day as I was grocery shopping and making dinner I was thinking about how I’ve been trying to get back to “normal”. After grieving my father and then battling cancer for several years, things were looking very different. But what is normal at this point? Then I thought about how we all went through a worldwide pandemic and it was never dealt with as a collective. Now we are living in the most insane times in all ways and every “normal” thing is constantly being torn and shattered. My clients are experiencing life and death, job changes, health issues, moves, and all things involving healing….WHAT IS OUR NORMAL?!! Don’t even get me started on the cosmic and energetic shifts that are changing everything as we know it!!!! But what do we do?? Well, we dig back into the basics. For the rest of this month I suggest looking at sleep, food, exercise, meditation, REST, play, communication, the basics. Keep it simple and strong. Use your tools and allow yourself some space to figure it out. Big things are ahead and they will move quickly…so get a solid place to start from. We’ve got this. Trust your gut. Listen to your heart. Keep going!
