Meditation has been proven to help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression and promotes emotional health, calmness, and presence. It is an even more rich of an experience when meditating in nature in the presence of The Healing Herd on this sacred land.

Shamanic, sound healing experience - drum circle: Saturday, August 9th , 6:30 pm - 8 pm. Sound healing strengthens your nervous system, triggers your relaxation response, and counters many symptoms caused by stress. You will feel lighter and happier.

Come and have fun. You don’t need any musical ability to participate. This is truly a “no judgment zone”. This is a safe space where you can express yourself. Let yourself go!

If you have a drum, bongo, tambourine, rattle, or any other kind of percussion instrument that you’d like to play, please bring it along. There will be a few instruments available that you can use if you don’t have one.

The Healing Herd

Horses are such amazing animals. Learning about their ‘spirit connection’ qualities and how to partner with them to help others has made me realize where I belong in continuing with my education to assist others. By holding meditation circles and reiki sessions I am making myself available to those that are missing that complete, feeling good all around life. I am furthering this knowledge by attending The Touched by a Horse® Equine Gestalt Method program. This program is an intense two-year program that trains the student in how to properly utilize the method to deeply heal others by partnering with horses.
