Your posture throughout the day can impact everything from your energy to your back health. A few quick changes to your home or classroom setup can make a big difference!
Desk-Friendly Tips:
Keep screens at eye level to avoid neck strain
Sit back in your chair with feet flat on the floor
Use a lumbar pillow or rolled towel for low back support
Take movement breaks every 30–45 minutes
Adjust chair and desk height so arms are at 90 degrees
