I🌿 Blessings, LAPS Family 🌿

Where to begin…

This weekend, L.A.P. Holistic Arts offered our first Expo of 2025 in New Jersey—but it wasn’t just about what we offered. It was about how we showed up: as a collective of practitioners, deeply rooted in purpose, walking our talk, and supporting one another through presence and embodiment.

As the Founder, my heart is full. To be in sacred service with others, to witness our community arriving open-hearted—seeking healing, clarity, and connection—it reminded me why we do this work.

💫 This month’s energy is all about embodiment—not just knowing your path, but living it. Yesterday, we lived it.

We created a healing space for:
✨ Those navigating long-held dis-ease in the body
✨ Those feeling a call to uncover their soul’s purpose
✨ Those simply needing to be seen, heard, and held

And yes—it unfolded on Father’s Day, which deepened the journey for me personally as I honored my father, mi Papi, in spirit.

🌀 While we didn’t have a dedicated photographer (hint hint—interested in a work exchange? DM us!), we captured a few moments we’d love to share here with you.

The past few days have held so much.

A powerful IG Live conversation on discernment, womanhood, and the invisible labor of care—held by our founder Katherine , alongside L.A.P.S. practitioners Amy .amylo and Karla .

And just yesterday, a collective honoring of mothers, nurturers, and those who hold space daily, in all the ways that may never be seen but are always felt.

Now, we pause.
We breathe into the quiet that follows the offering.
We let the clarity settle.

At L.A.P.S. Holistic Arts, May is the month of discernment—
The kind that invites us to listen inward, to choose with care, and to protect what is sacred and life-giving.
