Sometimes the anxiety isn’t the problem…
it’s how quickly we respond to it.
When everything feels urgent, we tend to:
react fast, decide fast, speak fast—
just to escape the feeling.
But anxiety speeds you up.
Healing slows you down.
A pause creates space between
what you feel and what you choose.
That space is where regulation happens.
That space is where clarity lives.
Before your next decision, try this:
✨ Pause Practice
Take one slow breath in through your nose…
hold for 3 seconds…
then exhale slowly through your mouth.
Now ask yourself:
“What is my body trying to tell me right now?”
Not what your fear is saying.
Not what urgency is pushing.
But what your body actually needs.
