It was so lovely to see lots of familiar faces and meet some new ones at the Mind Matters Event today! ✨🤍

Thanks to Wellvance and Tawas Wellness Warriors for putting on this wonderful community event for mental health support + awareness! 🫶

I led a short meditation with a bit of yoga at the event today, and it’s always a pleasure to introduce new people to these practices and hear how they feel afterwards.
