The Fool is card zero in the tarot - they initiate the tarot journey🃏They live in the Void, in the space of boundless potential. To know and embrace the energy of this card is to trust the invitation to move into the unknown and initiate a new beginning. In the Fool, we are pulled to the cliff edge, but it is up to us to take the great leap off of it! The therapeutic work that we are asked to consider exploring within this card is to trust both ourselves and the unknown. To our anxious mind, the Fool can feel like a loss of control, but if we can move through this challenging and uncomfortable period with mindfulness, support, and self-compassion, then leaping into the unseen can yield beautiful life experiences 🌼

I believe the tarot to be a therapeutic tool. Having utilized it in both my personal and professional practice, I’ve discovered that much of the work is helping one to gain awareness around concepts like: when we encounter feelings that we are not willing to feel, that’s how we can often find ourselves stuck. Tarot can then serve as this means of grounding and reflection in this process, helping us to better understand the ways in which these experiences can happen in our lives by exploring images that can stir our minds, help clarify and process those feelings, and reflect back the experiences of being human ⚪️

Been contemplating lots around the protective power and sanctity of the home in these uncertain times - how essential home can be in establishing those root needs of security and warmth, how home is crucial in keeping us healthy right now, and how we all deserve to feel the consistent safety and stability that four walls can provide. Home can also serve as an energetic container for everyday magic - so I’ve been trying to view those simple tasks, like sweeping, putting the kettle on, or rearranging our spice cabinet, as magical acts ✨

Éire go Brách / Ireland until eternity!
Sitting with some of my most favored Celtic Goddesses and revisiting Ireland by way of memories today ☘️
In Celtic mythology there is this concept of a realm, or otherworldly dimension, that nurtures the divine feminine and illuminates the magic of nature. Walking amongst stone circles, relics of castles, and cairns during my time spent traveling there brings a sense of awareness of all the ancient stories that are woven into the land. The mythology, tales, poems, and songs are such a deeply sacred part of this landscape that I hold so dear 🇮🇪 @ Ireland (country)
