I spend a LOT of time in my own sacred spaces studying and thinking and designing sequences for YOU, my dear clients. I feel out all the poses, breathe with them, and use my intuition to guide me, so I can in turn guide you.

I am SO EXCITED to finally get this going. I've been seeing Dr. Bonny at Mountainside since I moved here, and I'm very honored to have been asked to bring my style of yoga class to her establishment.
I LOVE teaching all aspects of yoga to new students, especially folks who think that just because they're not bendy or trendy that it's not for them. Yoga is for every BODY, young or old, "fit" or not.
This will be a series of four classes (take one or take all) based around the themes of Compassion, Curiosity, Confidence, and Creativity.
Class size is quite limited, so get on board quick! If there's interest, I'll most certainly be adding more classes at different times!

Holy Moly. It's been a couple years since I've posted on this page. My life has changed so drastically, what with moving to Vermont and all.......there was no internet for a long time, and certainly no customers driving around the back of the mountain clamoring for yoga classes. YET. We've settled in, adapted, and now the time has come for me to promote my love of accessible yoga!
My best client Jonathan (hubby) is still on board, as is my dear Kim Christensen, and of course, Isis the yoga cat is still here on the mat with us. Stay tuned for Vermont style yoga, my friends.

Made this little vid for family, and thought maybe others could benefit as well. Low back pain is all too common, and lends itself to an evil cycle of pain and non-activity, when what we need to do is keep active. Remember yoga does not have to be fancy. ❤️

Yoga by the lake. I was honored by the presence of dear friends as well as teens! I know I have not posted much about Mixed Palette Yoga lately. I've turned inward to work privately on where I am headed with this journey. I am eager to start teaching classes again soon, now that I have figured out who my "ideal clients" are. More on that later, but I'm looking at YOU, looking for simple, healing, expansive, accessible, time on the mat, honoring where YOUR body is and what it can do. 💕😁
