A 2026 deficiency-free state survey reflects the high standards families trust for rehab therapy, senior care, respite & hospice. We offer all modalities of inpatient and outpatient rehab therapies including speech, occupational and physical therapy. Other services we offer include skilled nursing, long term care, respite and hospice care. We are Medicare and Medicaid certified and accept private pay and most insurances. East Troy Manor is a nonprofit Wisconsin Illinois Senior Housing Inc community.

Head nurses from East Troy Manor and other Wisconsin Illinois Senior Living (WISH) homes gathered for a regional Director of Nurses meeting for continuing education on infection control and best practices with presentations by Infection Preventionist Ashley O’Keefe and WISH Chief Nursing Officer Shannon Angell.
