As the seasons change, so can our mental health. For many, the arrival of colder months can bring feelings of sadness, fatigue, and isolation—symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). It’s important to remember that you’re not alone in this experience. SAD is a common condition, but that doesn’t mean you have to manage it by yourself.
