Nurse-Family Partnership at Chelan-Douglas Health District

Positively transforming the lives of babies, mothers, and families. Chelan-Douglas Health District has partnered with Nurse-Family Partnership to bring this amazing personal nursing service to women, pregnant for the first time, in North Central Washington. Nurse-Family Partnership is a nurse-led, evidence-based program that helps transform the lives of first-times moms and their babies. We assist new moms in having healthier pregnancies and healthier babies. We support moms to become the best mom they can be. We help new moms learn and practice skills to be more confident as a mom. We assist in referring to other resources to help ensure all of a new moms needs are met. As well as supporting and assisting moms in achieving their educational, and career goals for their future.
