The bars are going up 👣

My East Wenatchee massage space is coming together, and I’m officially accepting appointments.

It’s still a work in progress, but the important part is ready: the bars, the table, and the barefoot massage.

The Traveling Sole is currently seeing clients inside Screaming Octopus in East Wenatchee. Since I’m working from a shared space, availability is limited for now.

My husband accepted a new job, so we’ll be making the move.

I’ll be keeping the same phone number and email—just a new location.
I’ll share my Wenatchee start date once I’m set up and ready to take appointments.

This weekend I took Advanced Reiki Training.

Today I’m just letting it settle in a bit.

Not to change what I do—
just to refine it.

Before my first Reiki training, there were definitely times where I felt like I had to fit everything in…
like I was working against the clock.

That’s shifted.

My work feels more developed now.
More complete.

Sessions feel easier.
The flow is smoother.
Less thinking, more working.

You may not notice anything specific—
but you might feel like everything just… connects a little better.

I’m not changing my services,
and I’m not turning sessions into something unfamiliar.

It’s the same work—
just more dialed in.

Most of you know me for 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞—
deep, slow pressure that helps release long-held tension.

Reiki is something I’m adding
to support that work in a different way.

More pressure

If your nervous system is still on guard,
there’s only so much force can do.

Reiki helps the body shift into a state
where it can actually 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤—

so it can start letting go
instead of holding on.

This isn’t about doing something harder.

It’s about working 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲
instead of against it.
