The best time for a massage is when you don’t have time 🫣🫠

I have a hair appointment scheduled for Wednesday… and there’s a big part of me that wants to cancel.

My inner dialogue is full of excuses: I’m overwhelmed at work… It’s not a good use of my time right now… I just spent a fortune on PT… It can wait…

But the truth? Turning my brain off for a couple of hours is exactly what I need.

Work will still be there on Thursday — BUT I’ll show up calmer, clearer, and more productive.

With the clocks changing and the new year approaching, here’s what’s ahead for East River Massage. The following updates will take effect January 1, 2026.

⏰ Business hours:
• Sundays 8:30 am - 2:00 pm
• Mondays 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm

The last Monday appointment will begin at 5:30 pm.

💆‍♀️ Rates

• 45 minutes - $84
• 60 minutes - $112
• 75 minutes - $140

Session rates will increase to offset rising costs and maintain the high quality care and attention you expect.

📆 Cancellation Policy

48 hours

The cancellation policy will require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. This change allows me to offer openings to clients on the waiting list. Cancelling withon 48 hours will incur a 50% fee which must be paid prior to rescheduling.
