For those of you who don’t know me..

Hi, I’m Brooke! ✌🏼

Licensed Massage Therapist for almost 7 years now, Mother to 2 hilarious toddlers, and partner to my love ❤️

My journey into this work was not planned, as it goes for most of the aspects that shape what my life is today.

I’ve owned this business for about 6 years now but honestly haven’t really felt deeply devoted to it until recently.

Lockdown and having two children made me stop, rethink, rewire and rework the way I think about and practice massage. (And my life 😅)

Most of my technique up until recently has developed into intuitive deep tissue and energy work.

This year has lead me to want to expand my knowledge of the body and how I can work with it more effectively and efficiently to reduce pain, calm the nervous system and help guide my clients into a more trusting, comfortable and safe relationship with their bodies.

Last weekend I went to a 3 day Myoskeletal Alignment Technique course and got certified in MAT!

Another post is in the works to further explain what this is and how it is impacting my work, but I can tell you now that I’m feeling so inspired after last weekend.

This space doesn’t flow like a spa. I work slow, I move slow and I take my time. After each session I give myself 30min before my next client comes in.

I’ve had moments of thinking maybe I should try to squeeze more clients into my day so I can make more money and be more productive.

That just isn’t me, my energy needs space to breath, to integrate, to ground.

This year is bringing me some serious inspiration and I’m so excited to share it with all the incredible humans who come share this space with me 🫶

Happy 2023 from Flourish!

I’m here soaking in the golden hour light in my happy place and thinking maybe it’s time to give a little update to our followers!

There have been a few small changes around here and things have been a little quiet on the social accounts.

Since the beginning of the year I am currently working solo out of this beautiful little office and have extended my hours!

Life with two toddlers is wild and unpredictable but I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to spend the last 3 years dedicating most of my time to my family. Now time is shifting a bit and I am finding more space in my week to dive back into my passion and career!

I’m so excited for this change and looking forward to all of the growth and learning that is to come through working with my incredible clients 💕
