Unleash Your Summer Glow with Exosomes: Skin Renewa Starts Now - Schedule your skin care consultation. Embracing the summer glow with exosomes is an innovative approach to enhancing skin health and radiance. Exosomes are tiny vesicles secreted by cells that play a crucial role in cell-to-cell communication, carrying proteins, lipids, and genetic material. In skincare, exosome therapy harnesses these powerful vesicles to promote regeneration and repair at the cellular level. When applied topically or through specialized treatments, exosomes can help improve skin texture, elasticity, and hydration, resulting in a more youthful and vibrant appearance. This cutting-edge technology offers a promising alternative to traditional skincare methods, allowing individuals to achieve a natural summer glow from within, all while supporting long-term skin health and vitality.

We often ask me: Can I use other type of acids on my skin while using retinoids? Don't combine retinol with alpha or beta hydroxy acids, benzoyl peroxide and other retinols or retinoids. Except if your Esthetician recommend you otherwise

Don't skip sunscreen Retinols are usually used as part of nighttime skincare routines, but even when they're applied at night, they can lead to lingering sun sensitivity.

Let's talk about Retinol: I always use the 1-2-3 rule: apply retinol once a week for one week, twice a week for two weeks, three times for three weeks, then move towards every second night if there are no side effects happening. If you do experience flaking, redness or sensitivity, simply move back to a lower frequency for a week.
