Today, we’re celebrating two extraordinary members of the Family Resource Network team.
We are proud to announce our 2025 Employee of the Year, Dave Lam, Technology Coordinator, and our 2025 Leader of the Year, Terri Walsh.
For more than six years, Dave has been a vital part of the agency, going far beyond his role to protect FRN’s security and stability. Through vigilant network monitoring, proactive planning, and hands-on staff training, he has significantly reduced organizational risk while bringing patience, calm, and genuine positivity to every interaction. His steady presence behind the scenes allows our teams to focus on what matters most, serving individuals and families across New Jersey.
In just three years with the agency, Terri has exceeded expectations through her professionalism, solution focused leadership, and willingness to support colleagues across departments. During event season especially, she carries an extraordinary workload with grace and poise, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. She consistently models FRN’s values and strengthens our culture simply by the way she shows up each day.
