There’s a special kind of stillness that fills the room just before a healing session begins.

The room is prepared with ritual: cleansing the energy by smudging, choosing the oracle deck with my pendulum, and diffusing a blend of oils. A soft-gurgling water fountain calls on Mother Nature's presence. With tranquil music and a calming visual ambience streaming, the space shifts immediately into a full sensory sanctuary. All tension releases; even the air seems to sigh with surrender.

That’s what I call “the quiet before the calm.”
It’s the space between what was and what’s about to be — where your body knows that peace is coming.

Like the willow, you are not meant to harden.
