My Christmas tree for 2024 for downstairs where I relax. All 5 of my greyhounds photo are hanging as picture frame ornaments. From Monday May 13: With heavy heart, I held my sweet girl Ava as she transitioned back to spirit. After 2 months of constant hip issues making walking painful, she decided she was ready to leave the pain behind. Ava stopped eating on Sat. Mother's Day was not pleasant but I stayed by her side for 24 hours once decision was made for 11am today. My friend Sheila was present and saw all 4 of my other Grey's waiting for Ava at the top of the stairs. Ava thanked me and was off running in backyard with others in spirit. Ava (March 2016 - May 2024). Run free sweet girl. I love you and am with you always.💖🙏
