How to get the toughest resys in NY ⬇️

My husband and I got into some of the best restaurants with the hardest resys to get 👀









How’d we do it? My biggest piece of advice is to plan ahead. Each restaurant releases their reservations on different days and times of the month. Some are 30 days out and some are only 7. Pick the date and time you want to book ahead of time then book it as soon as the resys are released. For example, if you want to go to dinner November 8 at 5pm and the restaurant releases the resy 7 days out, you’d have to book it on November 1. I also recommend having someone else also booking on their end too (I was on my laptop and my husband was on his phone). The more hands on deck, the better!Setting notifications and frequently checking booking apps (open table, resy) also helps.

While the occasional drink won’t ruin your progress, regular or heavy drinking can slow down muscle growth in several ways:

Reduces protein synthesis – the process your body uses to repair and grow muscle after training
Disrupts sleep – and quality sleep is crucial for recovery and performance
Lowers testosterone – a key hormone for muscle development
Impacts workout intensity – alcohol can decrease strength, endurance, and motivation the next day

If muscle growth is your goal, think twice about how often you pour a drink.
