🌱✨ Big Changes, Big Growth ✨🌱

This year has been one of letting go and embracing change. After many rewarding years as a group practice, Davenport Creative Arts Therapy is transitioning to a solo practice—just me, Emily Davenport, here to continue serving you with dedication and heart.

It’s with a tender heart that my wonderful team will be transitioning away from the practice as of December 1st. It’s been a transformative 6-years as a group practice owner.

As I honor this shift, I’m grateful for the incredible team who has shared in this journey, and for every client, family, and colleague who has been part of our community. It’s a new season focused on deep, personalized care for women, teens, and parents. Together, we’ll keep creating meaningful change and growth, just in a different way.

Thank you for your support as I embrace this next chapter. Here’s to transitions, to trusting the process, and to the journey that lies ahead. 🌿💫

**FREE VIRTUAL ART THERAPY GROUPS**

I am thrilled to announce that we are launching two Free Virtual DBT Skills Art Therapy Groups tailored to support both young adults and teens!

These groups will combine Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques with creative expression through art, offering a unique and powerful approach to managing emotions, building coping skills, and fostering self-awareness.

Young Adult DBT Skills Art Therapy Group

Age Group: 18-25 years
Start Date: 10/7-12/16
Time: 6pm-7pm
Platform: Online (via Zoom)
Description: A safe and creative space for young adults to explore their emotions, practice DBT skills, and express themselves through art, all while connecting with others navigating similar challenges. Learn emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness skills!

Teen DBT Skills Art Therapy Group

Age Group: 13-17 years

Description: Designed to help teens develop healthy emotional regulation and coping strategies using the combined tools of DBT and art therapy, this group will provide a supportive and interactive environment for personal growth.

These groups are completely free and aim to provide much-needed resources for young people in our community, especially those who may be struggling with emotional dysregulation.
