She has been practicing yoga for almost 10 years and has recently begun teaching in 2012. Jenna studied under Susan Griego O’Conner at The Haven Yoga in San Diego, California. The intense one-on-one training she received at The Haven Yoga brings a unique sense of traditional yoga to her practice and teaching. Jenna is currently pursing her 500-hour RYT certification at Kripalu in Massachusetts. Je

I wanted to let you all know about a new yoga class I am teaching on Fridays at 5:30 pm! It will be a fast-paced, power vinyasa class with fun music!

Class is located at Koi Creative, 196 Mamaroneck Ave in White Plains but can also be live streamed from the comfort of your home!
