Have you ever heard of Circle?

✨ What is Circle?
Circle is a private online platform I use to offer supportive, educational groups and wellness resources outside of formal therapy. It’s a secure, ad-free space where you can access materials, engage in discussion, and find a sense of community — all on your own terms.

🔒 Private & Confidential
Your confidentiality and clinical care come first. Participation in Circle is always optional and completely separate from therapy. The platform is:

Private and invitation-only – not searchable or open to the public

Secure – built with modern encryption and privacy standards

Non-clinical – designed for support, not treatment, and not part of your medical record

You are never required to share personal information, and anything discussed in therapy stays within the therapy room.

🌱 What Circle Offers
In Circle, I offer:

Educational groups on topics like intimacy, parenting, self-compassion, and much more.

Resources like articles, videos, journaling prompts, and tools to support your growth.

A safe sense of community – gentle conversation and peer support with others who are walking a similar path.

It’s a space for connection and continued learning — not treatment or diagnosis.

🙋 Do I Have to Join?
If you're one of my therapy clients, you are never required to join Circle. It's completely optional and separate from therapy, and your care won’t be affected if you choose not to use it.

However, if you’re signing up for one of my support or educational groups, those groups “live” inside the Circle platform — meaning all group materials, discussions, and live or recorded sessions are hosted there. So yes, joining Circle is required to participate in a group.

If you are a private therapy client AND join a group in Circle, your confidentiality will be protected 100%. I will never reveal any person as my client.

It’s a secure, private space built specifically for this kind of supportive work — and I’ll guide you through getting started if you ever need help.

You'll never be targeted for advertising and your information will never be shared or sold!

The first group is, you guessed it, "Easy Family Meetings!" It is a 6 week course, with 12 weeks of community support, resources and so much more! I'll be sharing more about the group here on this page.

Hello All! 🌼

I would like to share with you that I have turned OFF the "messages" feature on this page.

I'm sure I'm not alone in feeling overwhelmed by messages, emails and phone calls coming in from every direction.

My new website is live and the designer has created the most wonderful, user friendly site for me, my clients and prospective clients. Upcoming, we will be loading more and more self-help resources.

Therefore, ALL messages and inquiries will need to come through my website. If ever you reach out to me and I don't reply, someone call my doctor, because I pride myself on replying within 2 business days.
